We manufacture stability.
Your website. Your local presence. Your phone. Your follow-up.
All working together.
Your website. Your local presence. Your phone. Your follow-up.
All working together.
We build the systems that help local businesses get found, get chosen, and get the call.
Someone searches for what you do.
They don't find you.
Or they do — and your website looks like it was built when people still had flip phones.
They find you, but don't trust you.
They call. Nobody answers. They enquire. Nobody follows up.
Then they call the next guy.
You're not losing customers.
You're losing them before they become customers.
THREE PLACES YOU LEAK BUSINESS
Your customer is already looking. Searching Google. Checking the map. Asking their phone.
If you're not there, congratulations: you just referred them to your competitor for free.
MORE PEOPLE FIND YOU.
Your website doesn't need to win design awards. It needs to answer four questions: Can you do the job? Do you work in my area? Can I trust you? How do I get started?
Make people work that out and they'll go elsewhere. People don't owe you patience.
MORE VISITORS BECOME ENQUIRIES.
You're working. Driving. With a customer. Doing the job you're actually good at.
Your phone rings. You miss it. Your competitor answers. That's the entire story.
MORE ENQUIRIES BECOME JOBS.
Fixing one leak while leaving the other two wide open is a particularly expensive way to feel productive.
THE FOUNDATION
Your website is about fifteen percent of whether local customers find you. Your Google profile and your reviews are more than half. So we build both, and we keep them running.
A website built to be found. Your Google profile built out properly — the right categories, your services, your prices, the questions people actually ask. Listed accurately everywhere that matters.
A fast, professional experience that makes it obvious who you are and why they should call. Reviews asked for automatically, and answered — because a steady trickle of recent reviews beats a pile from two years ago.
Your phone answered, day or night. Miss one and they get a text back before they ring anyone else. Every call and enquiry logged, so nothing disappears into a voicemail nobody checks.
Photos, video and updates going out steadily so the profile stays alive instead of looking abandoned. Ranking tracked so you can see it working.
Not four services bought separately. One system, wired together, where each part makes the next one work.
Done separately, every piece leaks into the next gap.
Done together, the finished job goes back in and brings the following one.
AND IT GOES UP FROM THERE
Nine founding slots, three at each rate. The early rate is not a sale — it is what the work is worth before I have a shelf of results to point at. Once I do, it costs more.
Whatever rate you come in at is the rate you keep. I do not raise prices on people who backed me early.
No bloated package. No mystery technology. No selling you things you don't need.
We'll look at what's broken and tell you what we'd do about it.
SMALLER THAN THAT?
Not every business needs the whole thing at once. If you just need a website that doesn't embarrass you, or your Google profile sorted out, say so in the application.
I'd rather build you something solid you can grow into than sell you something you don't need yet.
HOW THIS WORKS

Not a marketing tactic. It's how long it takes to do this properly — and there is only one of me.
Access to everything, and a real conversation about your business. What work you want more of. What you turn down. Who actually pays well.
Research. A full audit of how you currently appear online — that alone takes three or four days. Then your competitors, your area, and the gaps nobody local is filling.
Build starts. Your Google profile goes to work straight away — it can start producing before the website is finished.
The build continues, sharpened by what week two exposed. Systems get wired in.
Launch. Site, profile and systems live together.
The first real numbers arrive. We adjust against them — not against guesses.
You cannot do that for six businesses at once and do any of it well.
So there's one slot, and you have to tell me about your business to get it.
WHAT YOU PAY, AND WHEN
$897 to start.
Then nothing until it's live.
That first payment is the setup — it covers the month of building, and there is no separate build fee. The monthly does not begin until the site, the profile and the systems are actually running.
If the build takes six weeks, you have paid for four. If it takes longer than that — and sometimes it does — that is my problem, not yours.
The setup is non-refundable once research begins. Week one is three or four days of audit work — by the time you would want it back, it has been done.
One fair condition: that holds as long as I can keep working. If I am waiting on you for more than seven business days, the monthly resumes. Nothing hidden, and I will tell you the day it happens.
APPLY NOWAND I WILL NOT SIT AND WAIT ON YOU
You are running a business. You do not have three weeks to write website copy, and I am not going to ask you to.
I write it from the research and hand you a draft. You tell me what is wrong. Reacting to something takes two minutes; producing it from scratch takes a month neither of us has.
Same with everything else. If I do not hear back, I make the call, do the work, and show you what I did. You can always change it.
Your Google profile can go live before the website does. So even if the site is waiting on you, something is already working.
WHO OWNS WHAT
You are not paying a build fee.
That is the trade-off.
Your domain, your profile, your customer records and your content are yours from day one. The website build becomes yours at six months.
YOURS FROM DAY ONE
Your domain, registered in your name
Your Google Business Profile
Your customer records and every lead in them
Your content, your photos, your reviews
Every account, in your name, accessible to you
YOURS AFTER SIX MONTHS
The website build itself
Until then it stays on our hosting. Leave early and it does not come with you — though your domain does, and you can point it wherever you like.
Or settle the balance of the six months and take the build with you. Your call, no argument.
No contract. Month to month from the first day. You are never locked in. The only thing on a clock is the build — and only because you have not paid for it yet.
Six months in, it is yours and there is nothing on a clock at all.
Every business is different. Some are further behind than others. Some have more competitors, more locations, more to untangle, or a listing that has been sitting suspended for a year. The timeline above is what it usually looks like — it is not a promise about yours. After the research I will tell you what I actually think yours looks like, and you can decide from there.
HOW IT IS PUT TOGETHER
Eight parts, wired together. Not eight services you buy separately and hope talk to each other.
Three of those are things almost nobody else is doing.
Being findable by AI assistants, an assistant that actually answers and qualifies, and a code on a yard sign that opens a text thread already knowing which house someone is standing in front of.
WHEN THE WORK STARTS ARRIVING
Getting more customers is a good problem. But answering the same text for the 400th time gets old.
Appointment reminders. Quote follow-ups. Review requests. Customer updates. Reactivation.
The messages you send over and over shouldn't require you to send them over and over.
MORE GETS DONE. LESS GETS FORGOTTEN.
Which customers found you on Google? Which came from a referral? Which from an ad? Which came back?
Customer records built around your business, so you can see what's actually happening.
KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY IS COMING FROM.
No two businesses work the same way. When off-the-shelf software forces you into workarounds, we build around your workflow instead.
Built because there's a problem worth solving — not because I wanted another line on the invoice.
YOUR BUSINESS ISN'T STANDARD. YOUR SYSTEM SHOULDN'T BE EITHER.

SEO, CRMs, automation — that's my job, not yours. Just tell me what's happening.
Good.
Those are problems I can work with.
I'll find the leaks, show you what I'd fix, and tell you straight if I'm not the right person to fix them.
QUESTIONS
I build the system a small local business uses to get found and answer the phone: a website, a fully worked Google Business Profile, an AI assistant that answers calls around the clock, and the follow-up and customer records behind them. It is website design, local SEO and marketing automation, built as one thing rather than bought as three.
The Foundation is $897 a month at the founding rate, rising to $1,597 as the founding slots go. You pay the first month up front — that covers the build — and nothing more until the site, the profile and the systems are actually live. The phone and the AI usage are billed at cost with no markup.
Because a full digital presence audit alone takes three or four days, before any competitor research or building starts. One business a month is what it takes to do it properly. It is a capacity limit, not a marketing tactic.
Your domain, your Google profile, your customer records and your content are yours from day one, registered in your name. The website build becomes yours at six months. There is no build fee up front — that is the trade-off. Leave before six months and you keep everything except the build, or settle the balance and take it with you.
No. Month to month from the first day. The only thing on a clock is the website build, and only because it has not been paid for yet.
Yes. A pressure washer in Tampa and one in Tucson have the same three problems. Local describes your business, not my territory.
Software that answers your phone when you cannot. It knows your services, your areas and your hours, works out what the caller needs, and books them into your calendar. It never quotes a price — it takes the details and tells them you will confirm. If a call is missed anyway, the caller gets a text back before they ring anyone else. I have a live one running on a test build — say so in the application and I will give you the number so you can ring it yourself.
That is part of what I build for. AI assistants recommend local businesses based on how consistent your details are across directories, whether you have a real page for each service you offer, and how recently anything about you has changed. I sync your listings across 62 directories, add the structured data assistants read, and check what comes back when I ask them about you. No guarantees — nobody can promise a ranking in an assistant — but the work that influences it is the work I do.
The build is about four weeks. Your Google profile can start producing before the website is finished. Movement in local search typically shows in eight to twelve weeks once listings are consistent and the service pages exist. If you want to see the method working, search "wimauma pressure washing" — that is a site I built from nothing to prove it. Month two is where the first real numbers arrive and we adjust against them.
Say so in the application. Not every business needs the whole thing at once, and I would rather build you something solid you can grow into than sell you something you do not need yet.
Just a conversation about getting you more business.
